(Metro), is proud to announce four of its commercial brokers, Stephen Niggeman, Joseph Dougherty, Dan Brickner, and Brian Goodwin, have been named Real Estate Forum’s 2017 Top Retail Brokers. Real Estate Forum recognizes the top retail real estate agents throughout the country, based on a year’s worth of transaction activity. Nominees were given a score based on total number, total dollar volume, and total square footage of deals closed in 2016.
Ranked #2 on this year’s list is Stephen Niggeman, Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services and Principal and a 30 year veteran at Metro. He is known for taking the lead in high-profile tenant and landlord representation accounts, with an active client list that includes Dave & Buster’s, Target, and BJ’s Wholesale Club.
Joseph Dougherty (#4) is also an Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services and Principal of Metro. Specializing in tenant and landlord representation both regionally and nationally, his active retail clients include A.C. Moore, Big Lots, Bob’s Discount Furniture, The Tile Shop, and GameStop. His active owner clients are Kimco, LNR Partners, Goldenberg Group, Post Brothers, and Time Equities.
Dan Brickner (#5) has over 20 years of experience at Metro and is currently an Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services and Principal in the firm. Specializing in tenant representation, his active retail clients are BJ’s Wholesale Club, Dave & Buster’s, T.J. Maxx Companies, hhgregg, Regal Entertainment Group, Total Wine & More, and Virtua Express Urgent Care.
Brian Goodwin (#20) is Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services who specializes in tenant representation on a national and regional scale. He has been at Metro since 2008 and his active clients include PetSmart and Mattress Firm.
