As a Senior Sales Associate at Metro Commercial, Yanina Yefimova is an expert in landlord and tenant representation. She has a strong portfolio of active retail clients, including Black Sheep Coffee, Muse Beauty Studio, KLA Schools, Fuddruckers, McAlister’s and Taipa Peruvian Restaurant. Yanina also works closely prominent landlords such as Codina Partners, Terra Group Miami, and Courtelis Company. Having been in the retail real estate industry since 2015, Yanina has acquired a vast amount of knowledge and experience.

Yanina joined Metro in 2022 and is based out of our Miami office. She is a graduate of Florida International University.
