As a Senior Sales Associate of Brokerage Services, Wyeth specializes in representing Tenants on a site selection and deal-making basis. Currently, Wyeth’s tenant list includes Dunkin, Midas, Great Clips, and The Little Gym. On the leasing side, his landlord portfolio exceeds 450,000 SF in GLA and extends throughout Southern New Jersey, the Philadelphia suburbs, and Central/Eastern Pennsylvania.

Wyeth joined Metro in 2023 and is based out of our Plymouth Meeting Office. He is a graduate of Syracuse University.
