As Executive Vice President of Property Management, TJ oversees a team of five Property Managers and three Project Coordinators responsible for over 75 assets, totaling over 6 million square feet of retail space. In addition, he is responsible for the day-to-day operation of over 1 million SF of retail space. His client base is made up of sophisticated private investors, financial institutions, publicly-traded owners and special servicers. Daily responsibilities include operational management, monthly financial reporting, annual budgeting, tenant fit-outs, capital improvement projects and tenant as well as client relations.

TJ has been a member of the Metro team since 2007 and is based out of our Mt. Laurel office. He is a graduate of Rutgers University.
