As Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services, Scott represents Tenants and Landlords on a regional and national scale. He has handled traditional soft goods retail, fitness, full service and fast casual restaurants, grocery, entertainment, furniture, financial services, and medical transactions on behalf of Tenant’s in the Philadelphia MSA and other major markets throughout the eastern half of the country. Scott also specializes in leasing urban mixed-use properties throughout the greater Center City area on behalf of regional and institutional owners. Scott has been a member of the Metro team since 2014. He is a graduate of University of Delaware.
