As Executive Vice President and Principal at Metro, Rod Castan assisted in opening of our Miami, FL office in 2022. He has been in the commercial real estate development and brokerage business since 1985 and has been involved in the development of 30 ground-up commercial properties, totaling over 4 million SF. Anchors he has transacted with include Publix, Target, TJ Maxx, Ross, and LA Fitness. Rod is passionate about helping students enter the commercial real estate business, servicer in advisory board roles for ICSC, University of Florida, and Florida International University.

Rod joined Metro in 2022 and is based out of our Miami office. He is a graduate of Florida International University.
