As Executive Vice President, Principal at Metro Commercial Real Estate, Phillip’s specializes in strategizing, implementing and ensuring continued growth for multi-market tenant roll outs on a national and regional scale. Phillip is the Master Broker for Mattress Firm on the East Coast, as well as the Master Broker for JPMorgan Chase Bank, in South Carolina; Richmod, VA; North Dakota, South Dakota and Pittsburgh, PA. He works locally with JPMorgan Chase Bank in PA, NJ, and DE. In addition, Phillip represents LL Flooring (previously Lumber Liquidators) on a national level. Active regional retail clients include Lidl, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Shopper’s World, Caliber Collision, AFC Urgent Care, Vet Emergency Group (VEG), Nava Health, LoveSac, Arc’teryx, Marine Layer, PXG, Club Champion, Burton’s Grill, Red Heat Tavern, BrewDog Brewery, &pizza, Physique 57 and Drive Shack (Urban Locations). Phillip represents numerous owners on a project, leasing, and sales basis. Notable transactions throughout his career at Metro Commercial are 250 Lumber Liquidators, 100 JPMorgan Chase Banks and 45 Mattress Firms.

In 2020, Philadelphia Business Journal for named Phillip, Dealmaker of the year honoree in the Rising Star category, as well as 3rd place for Best Retail Real Estate Deal in 2020 for Aldi at Broadridge representing RAL Companies & Affiliates LLC.

Phillip has been a member of the Metro team since 2010 and is based out of our Plymouth Meeting office. He is a graduate of Bucknell University.
