As Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services, Pat specializes in tenant and landlord representation. His active retail clients include and Lidl, Ocean State Job Lot, Discount Tire, and Dunkin Donuts. In addition, Pat represents numerous owners on a project leasing and sales basis including Acadia, Urban Edge Properties and KPR.

Pat has been part of the Metro Commercial team since 2014 and is based out of our Plymouth Meeting office. He is a graduate of King’s College.
