As Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services, Kathy brings over 30 years of experience to the firm. She specializes in retail development, merchandising and leasing on a national and regional scale. Her current projects include Promenade at Coconut Creek in Coconut Creek, FL The Shoppes at Susquehanna Marketplace in Harrisburg, PA, Bryn Mawr Village in Bryn Mawr, PA and Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square, PA.

Kathy has been a member of the Metro team since 2017 and is based out of our Plymouth Meeting office. She is a graduate of Villanova University.
