Tenant clients include Rent-A-Center and The Little Gym. Kalayah brings over 5 years of leasing experience to Metro. She has an excellent track record to strategically leasing open air shopping centers, using various methods like social media prospecting, cold calling, canvassing, and broker relationships, as well as networking at influential conferences such as ICSC, ULI, and RetailLive!

Kalayah joined Metro Commercial in 2023 and is based in our Miami, FL office. She is a graduate of Florida State University.
