As Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer, Gina is responsible for managing Metro’s entire finance staff and leads the day-to-day Property Management accounting function for over 6,500,000 square feet of retail properties. In addition, she provides the strategic financial management for Brokerage and Development Services.

Prior to joining Metro, Gina gained over 25 years of corporate real estate financial experience serving as a Senior Level Financial Executive at KTR Capital Partners (acquired by Prologis), Ernst & Young, LLP and Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT).

Gina has been a member of the Metro team since 2015 and is based out of our Mt. Laurel office.  She is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University where she earned both undergraduate and MBA degrees.
