As Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services and Principal in the firm, Dan specializes in tenant representation on a national and regional scale. Dan is the master broker for BJ’s Wholesale Club for the entire U.S. and master broker for Dave & Buster’s for the eastern half of the U.S. and Puerto Rico. His other active retail clients include T.J. Maxx Companies, At Home, and Virtua Express Urgent Care. In addition, Dan represents numerous owners on a project leasing and sales basis. He has over 24 years of professional experience in Landlord & Retail Representation throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Dan is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers and Chainlinks Retail Advisors. He has been a member of the Metro team since 1994 and is based out of our Mt. Laurel office. He is a graduate of Boston University.
