As Senior Vice President/Managing Director, Carlos brings over 24 years of experience in retail commercial real estate specializing in landlord and tenant representation. His landlord clients include Terra Group, Site Centers, Kimco, Regency Centers, Kite Realty Group, and Seritage. Carlos’ work spans throughout the states of Florida and Georgia.

Carlos joined Metro Commercial in 2023 and is based out of our Miami, FL office. He is a graduate of Florida State University.
