As Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services, Brent specializes in landlord representation, both on a local and regional scale. He has represented numerous landlords from small private groups to large institutional owners on a project leasing basis, completing nearly 3000 lease transactions, including small store leases, anchor leases, ground leases, expansions, renewals/extensions, assignments, buy-outs, etc. His expertise, ability to effectively work with management and ownership, and his long-term commitment to the property have produced numerous success stories. Some of Brent’s owner clients include New York Life Investors, LMX Doubletree, TA Realty, Excess Space Retail Services and Kravitz Properties. In addition, Brent represents several expanding retailers, and is currently working with Avalon Flooring, a 17-store chain operating in the Southeastern PA-NJ-DE area.

Brent has been a member of the Metro team since 1988 and is based out of our Mt. Laurel office. He is a graduate of Duke University and Rutgers University.
