As Executive Vice President and Principal at Metro Commercial, Anthony (Tony) specializes in retail tenant representation, specifically in the execution of expansion plans. He has an impressive track record of hundreds of transactions throughout Florida on behalf of national tenants such as the TJX Companies, Brandsmart, Orchard Supply Hardware, Academy Sports, Chase Bank, and many restaurants and other retailers. He has intimate knowledge of all markets in the State and is specifically skilled in retail rollouts. Additionally, Tony creates value for institutional and local landlords including some of the largest REITS in the country. He successfully oversees leasing and redevelopment of shopping centers and urban retail properties. Tony brings over 30 years of experience to Metro, with extensive knowledge of grocery-anchored shopping centers, development, land acquisitions, and outparcel sales.

Tony joined Metro in 2023 and is based out of our Miami office. He is a graduate of the University of Denver in Colorado and holds active leadership roles with the International Council of Shopping Centers.
