As Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services, Andrew brings over ten years experience and a diverse skill set to the firm. He specializes in retail and development and leasing across all asset classes as well as strategic planning for tenant expansion on a regional and national landscape. His current projects include Christiana Fashion Center and Colonnade at State College for Allied Properties, Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square, PA for Equus Capital Partners Ltd, East Gate Shopping Center in Moorestown, NJ for USAA, uCity Square in Philadelphia, PA for GMH Capital Partners, among many others.

He has been part of the Metro Commercial team since 2019, is based out of our Plymouth Meeting office, and is a graduate of George Washington University.
