As Senior Vice President, Alyona specializes in tenant and landlord representation. Some of her current landlord clients include Terra Group, Torburn Partners, Site Centers, Kite, Kimco, and Seritage. Alyona’s tenant clients include Body Details, AC Ortho Pediatric Dentist, Negroni Group, Mathnasium, Blade Barbershop, Little Bellies, and 100 Montaditos. Alyona has in-depth knowledge in Salesforce, Geopointe, Argus, Placer.ai, Costar, and ActiveCampaign. She has built and manages robust Salesforce CRM, uniquely structured for prospecting and reporting. Alyona has nurtured outstanding relationships with brokers, landlords, and retailers in South and West Coast Florida.

Alyona joined Metro Commercial in 2023 and is based out of our Miami, FL office. She is a graduate of Florida International University.
